Tyler Barnett Public Relations announces their long-term agency advisor Martin M. Cooper will officially join their team as Senior Counsel. Having worked with numerous notable companies and organizations including Disney, Playboy Enterprises, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the City of Santa Barbara, and more than 150 others, Cooper now brings his impressive experience in crisis management, strategic planning, and corporate promotion to the lauded Beverly Hills public relations and marketing firm. Cooper continues as President of his own San Fernando-Valley based firm, Cooper Communications, Inc., which has been operating since 1982, and is independent of Tyler Barnett Public Relations.
Cooper’s book, Coping With Crisis in a Complex World, sells internationally and is used as a textbook by several colleges and universities. He has been teaching crisis management courses at UCLA for many years, and was the UCLA Extension Instructor of the Year in 2011.
After more than a 50 percent growth in the past year, Tyler Barnett Public Relations seeks to excel that growth even further as they Fortune 100 and 500 companies to their client roster. Cooper will provide high-level client strategy and creative direction for the agency.

He has authored four books and has contributed to more than 75 articles on marketing and related topics over the years. Additionally, Cooper is a recipient of his profession’s highest award, the Public Relations Society of America’s Silver Anvil.
