Throughout his career, Joe has brokered over two million square feet of commercial property across Northern Colorado. Specializing in industrial, office, and retail properties, he represents investors, owner-users, and tenants and advises property owners on the strategic use and disposition of their commercial assets.
Joe’s experience includes the sale and long-term advisory of the 33,100-square-foot Columbine Shopping Center in Loveland, representation of the City of Loveland in assembling properties that became the Foundry development, and advisory work on the acquisition and re-tenanting of the former Water Pik manufacturing plant, a 140,000-square-foot facility that reached full occupancy in less than 18 months.
