Automotive Pre-Approved Mailer and 45-day 5-step multi-touch system translates double-digit unit sales

Car Conquest Program, the proven automotive sales generation process, announced today that it has expanded its pre-approved mailer methodology. The program, which involves a 45-day, 5-step multi-touch system, regularly results in unit sales averaging between 20 and 45 vehicles per campaign.

The Car Conquest Business Development Center (BDC) contacts prospects using multiple methods. The BDC gets paid on closed sales that are verified by the dealer, rather than by appointment. This way, the dealer and BDC are aligned in their incentives to bring only qualified, ready-to-buy prospects to the dealership.

Customers delivered by Car Conquest are exclusive to the dealer client. The company does not remarket these leads to other dealers. Nor does Car Conquest utilize the dealer’s existing customer database. It brings net new customers in the door.

The multi-touch approach follows this process:

-- Overnight credit mailer to 5,000 to 20,000 qualified customers. The dealer chooses the credit criteria and credit bureau
-- A second overnight mailer is sent to the top-tier customers in the original list
-- Car Conquest’s in-house BDC cold calls every customer with an available phone number and sells them
-- The BDC sends an email to every customer to prospects with available emails addresses.
-- Car Conquest advertises to them on Facebook and Instagram using its website and a chat-bot that’s operated by the BDC
