launched their latest dashcam, the UltraDuo Z2, on Kickstarter. Cansonic and Atizoe Inc. have
partnered with Funded Today to bring their campaign to a wider audience and increase their
number of pledges.
About UltraDuo Z2
The UltraDuo Z2 is a dual-lens dashboard camera that allows the user to drive with genuine
peace of mind. The Z2 has two 180-degree rotatable lenses that can point in any direction the
user wants. On the standard model, the left lens features 160-degree wide angle viewing
capabilities. The right lens features telephoto zoom that is capable of recording distances up to
164 feet. For example, the user might have the Z2 set up so the left lens is recording out of the
front windshield while the right lens is adjusted to face the vehicle’s rear window. The
commercial model of the Z2 has two wide angle lenses for professional drivers to record both
traffic and driver-passenger interactions at the same time. Both models feature a built-in
microphone, 1080p resolution, loop recording, night video, parking detection and automatic file
protection.
Pricing and Availability
The UltraDuo Z2 is available to back now on Kickstarter. The first 20 backers of the campaign
will receive a Z2 kit including the camera, suction mount, car power cable and USB cable for the
super early-bird price of $99. The following 30 backers will receive the Z2 kit for the early-bird
price of $149. After this, the next 50 backers will receive the Z2 kit for $199. All following
pre-orders for the Z2 kit will cost $249. Once the campaign ends, the UltraDuo Z2 is set to be
delivered beginning July 2017.
