-- Buggyra Organization, a racing team with 50 years of heritage and among the world-leading racing structures and technology developers with their own Technology Centers in Dubai (UAE), the Czech Republic, Bahrain, China, and Italy, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with WINBO-DONGJIAN Automotive Technology Co., Ltd., a publicly listed Chinese manufacturer on the ChiNext exchange, to establish a long-term strategic partnership.

The agreement covers joint research and development, vehicle design, motorsport development, and outdoor lifestyle initiatives, and includes the appointment of Buggyra race driver Aliyyah Koloc as a WINBO-DONGJIAN brand ambassador for the MENA region, an important new market for the Chinese company.
For Buggyra, the partnership marks a significant step in the company's expansion into the Chinese market, building on Buggyra’s participation in the 2025 and 2026 Taklimakan Rally, with two further rallies planned in China this September and October.
Scope of the partnership
The cooperation between Buggyra and WINBO-DONGJIAN will focus on four main areas:
Research & development: A joint R&D and testing program for off-road vehicles upgraded by WINBO-DONGJIAN, combining Buggyra's racing and engineering expertise with WINBO-DONGJIAN's manufacturing capability.
Vehicle design: Joint design and styling work covering both special-purpose vehicles and aftermarket modifications for passenger and commercial vehicles, drawing on Buggyra's craftsmanship and WINBO-DONGJIAN's production scale.
Outdoor lifestyle: A co-designed range of products supporting a sustainable outdoor lifestyle platform, intended to promote public education around responsible outdoor travel and vehicle use.
Motorsport development: Buggyra's racing platform will become one of the key motorsport platforms testing and promoting WINBO-DONGJIAN products. As part of this, Buggyra Karting Academy will open a branch in Guangdong province to support access to motorsport for young Chinese talent.
The partnership will also promote automotive modification culture internationally, with a particular focus on the MENA region and South Africa, where WINBO-DONGJIAN plans to establish a commercial representation structure, drawing on Buggyra’s decades of experience in both regions.
Buggyra Organization, on the other hand, will open a representation office of Buggyra Performance Automotive Design in Foshan, China, which will serve as the company's regional hub for design, testing and commercial operations in China.
A strategic milestone for Buggyra in China
Martin Koloc, CEO of Buggyra Organization, said: "This partnership with WINBO-DONGJIAN is a milestone in Buggyra's strategy to grow in China. We have successfully raced in the Taklimakan Rally for two consecutive years, and this September and October we return for two more off-road rallies. Partnering with a manufacturer of WINBO-DONGJIAN's scale gives us the technical and commercial foundation to build a lasting presence in this market, not just as competitors, but as long-term partners in Chinese motorsport and vehicle design."
Aliyyah Koloc named brand ambassador
As part of the agreement, Buggyra racing driver Aliyyah Koloc has been appointed Middle East brand ambassador for WINBO-DONGJIAN. The Middle East is an important expansion market for WINBO-DONGJIAN, and Buggyra has not only a year-round base in Dubai but also a proven track record in regional races, including the Dakar Rally. Aliyyah’s role includes strategic cooperation between WINBO-DONGJIAN’s preservation initiatives and Aliyyah's own Foundation29, a cross-cultural philanthropic initiative focusing on tribal art and cultural preservation, tailored Asperger’s support, and environmental protection.
Jun Luo, Chairman of WINBO-DONGJIAN Automotive Technology, said: "Aliyyah's spirit of breakthrough, ultimate pursuit, and perseverance is highly consistent with our brand philosophy, which focuses on automotive modification and adheres to ingenious craftsmanship. We are pleased to appoint Aliyyah Koloc as our Middle East regional brand ambassador, to jointly empower the development of motorsports and modification culture."
Aliyyah Koloc said: "I'm delighted to become part of the WINBO-DONGJIAN family. With WINBO-DONGJIAN's strength and reach in China, I'll be able to bring far more visibility to Foundation29's work of cultural and environmental protection in Vanuatu and the South Pacific than I could on my own. This partnership means our conservation message can reach an entirely new audience."
