The program officially launches May 5, 2026, and will provide members with two live mentoring sessions each month focused on the strategies, systems, mindset, and disciplines that create top producers.

Knakal’s career includes co-founding Massey Knakal Realty Services, which became the dominant investment sales firm in New York City and was sold in 2014 for $100 million. He later served as Chairman of Investment Sales in New York at both Cushman & Wakefield and JLL before launching BK Real Estate Advisors in 2024.

The launch of the Knetwork marks the next evolution of Knakal’s mission: helping others compress decades of learning into actionable strategies they can apply immediately.
