Best-Selling Author Heather R. Younger, J.D. to Give Keynote at HBR Brasil Week

In her talk, Younger will help organizational leaders discover the fascinating truths about employee loyalty.

Best-selling author of The 7 Intuitive Laws of Employee Loyalty and founder of Customer Fanatix, Heather R. Younger, J.D., will be speaking at Harvard Business Review’s HBR Brasil Week. Held in Sāo Paulo at the Fecomercio SP Convention Center, the event will take place from April 8-11, bringing together international experts in innovation, leadership, organizational culture, and strategy.

HBR Brasil Week’s goal is to create a high-impact event for management professionals, equipping them with more tools, data, and strategies to be able to optimize their decision-making.

In her keynote speech, “Fascinating Truths About Employee Loyalty,” Heather will articulate the key driver for employee retention and solutions that leaders can use right away to make a positive impact on employee experience and turnover.

Premature employee turnover costs companies millions of dollars annually in unnecessary losses. The Center for American Progress reported that losing an employee can cost upwards of 213% of their annual salary, a huge hit to the company’s balance sheets!

Here’s what Heather believes leaders can do to reduce employee-attrition rates within their organization.

“Fundamentally, employees want to feel important, listened to, and respected. If the organizational leaders who are present at this conference execute on the tenets of my talk,
they will see fewer people walking out the door and more people going over and above for
their managers, their team, and the organization,” said Younger.
