BP101 Fund, which supports the families of fallen border patrol agents, was the recipient of a recent product donation from 4Patriots LLC.

-- 4Patriots LLC of Nashville, Tenn., announced today that it has made a product donation to BP101 Fund in Tucson, Ariz.

The nonprofit BP101 Fund is devoted to remembering, honoring and celebrating Tucson Sector Border Control agents who have fallen in the line of duty, and to raising funds to assist local border patrol families in need.

The organization has accomplished this through financial assistance to the dependents of fallen agents, and is currently directing funds to a growing scholarship fund to benefit Border Patrol spouses (101 s) in Southern Arizona.

Last month, BP101 Fund hosted the seventh annual Tucson Sector Border Patrol Memorial 5K Run/Walk/Ruck at Brandi Fenton Memorial Park. 4Patriots donated Patriot Power Cells to the organization.

For the past several years, 4Patriots has made regular donations to a number of organizations that support active-duty military members and veterans, as well as their families, said company Partner Allen Baler.

We are also very pleased to help out BP101 Fund, which does so much for the families of fallen border patrol agents.

Baler s company provides a variety of products that help people become more self-reliant and independent, including survival food, solar-powered generators and water purification products.

The Patriot Power Cell is a pocket-sized power plant that can charge a cellphone six times on a full battery. It also powers any USB-chargeable device. The double USB port can charge two phones at once and the rugged design repels water. It has a 10,000 mAh lithium-ion battery.

Among the other organizations that benefit from 4Patriots donations are:

Team Rubicon, an international, non-profit, disaster response group that unites the skills and experiences of military veterans with first responders. Over the past several months, this organization has deployed more than 900 military veterans to assist first responders in their challenging work.

Fisher House Foundation, which operates homes across the country where families of active duty soldiers and veterans alike can stay at no cost while their loved one is receiving medical treatment.

Operation Homefront, which aids military families during difficult financial times by providing food, auto and home repair, vision care, travel and transportation, moving assistance, essential home items, and financial help.

A Soldier s Child Foundation, which provides meaningful birthday gifts to the children of fallen U.S. military members and offers mentorship programs and college scholarships.

4Patriots has a history of helping people in need through contributions to charitable organizations. The company has donated supplies of emergency food to flooding victims in the Houston area through the Houston Food Bank; to victims of tornadoes in Arkansas through the Arkansas Rice Depot; to blizzard victims in Massachusetts through the Worcester Food Bank; to people struggling to put food on the table during the holidays through the Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee; and much more.

Because we spend much of our time and energy urging people to prepare for disasters, we believe the least we can do is help out when Mother Nature unleashes her fury, Baler said. Our hearts go out to the victims of these extreme weather events and we encourage everyone who is able to donate to food banks across the country to do the same.
