Mr. Joe Havey, the CEO of E Cube, is a versatile and well-rounded commercial and institutional building professional. He has over 35 years of experience in building management, finance, leasing, design, construction, development, HVAC systems, MEP systems, IAQ, energy efficiency, engineering, operations, and training. His building expertise was developed early in his career with Hines and other top tier companies. He is a long-term Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver. He is also a Past-President of the Denver Metro Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).Mr. Havey has played an important part in developing energy-efficiency programs and creating sustainable designs. Today, as we are facing the COVID-19 pandemic, he has been working to create best-practices, education, and awareness for building owners. Proper Building Design, Construction and Operations are more critical than ever. Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and Energy Efficiency have always been a challenge to manage.
