Smedley's global history, spanning Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and the United States, makes him the ideal candidate to scale Zero’s commercial strategy on an international scale. Smedley is said to be the billion dollar man, having added in excess of a billion dollars in share value.

According to a recent report by Precedence Research, the synthetic fuel market is projected to reach $64.76 billion by 2032, growing at a CAGR of 27.2% from 2024 to 2032. Zero is well-suited to capitalize on this growth, with its fuels already meeting UK and European pump fuel standards and potentially outperforming traditional ethanol-free petrol in terms of power and range.
Unlike traditional biofuels, which often compete with food production for resources, Zero’s fuels are produced using a 100% renewable manufacturing process powered by clean electricity.
