Matt Par is a 19 year old entrepreneur who runs 9 different YouTube channels where he pays other people to make the videos for him. He has gotten the gold play button award from YouTube for hitting over 1 million subscribers on one of his channels and multiple silver play buttons for reaching 100,000 subscribers on multiple other channels. Now he is revealing his tactics and secrets he’s discovered along the way when it comes to YouTube. —
Matt recently released a free training that you can attend here that shows his 3-step process for starting and growing hyper successful YouTube channels. We asked Matt what his YouTube process looks like.
Overview of The Process
Matt breaks down the entire process of starting new successful YouTube channels from scratch into three distinct steps. The Beta Phase, The Intermediate Phase, and the Scaling Phase. He goes through this process on every single new YouTube channel he starts. Here is a walkthrough of each phase.
The Beta Phase
According to Matt, the Beta Phase includings choosing your niche, or what you channel will be about, and making a list of 33 video ideas. He recommends doing keyword research to find low competition and high search volume keywords to set his channels up for success. He says this gets initial traction for the channel, and then the goal is to eventually leverage this search traffic to get traffic from suggested videos.
The Intermediate Phase
After you’ve chosen your niche and planned your first 33 videos, now it’s time to actually make the videos. Whether you record the videos yourself or you pay other people to make the videos for you like Matt does, Par recommends making your videos at least 10 minutes long to get higher watch time which is an essential ranking factor in the YouTube algorithm.
The Scaling Phase
Once you’ve uploaded your first 33 videos, now Matt says it’s time to analyze and optimize based off of your statistics. You can actually check your stats in the analytics that YouTube itself provides you. Matt Par says to see what works and what doesn’t and double down on what works.
And once you start monetizing your channel, you can actually pay other people to make the videos for you like Matt does. Par says he’d never be able to run 9 different channels if he didn’t have other people making the videos for him.
