Dull and boring team building exercises are not the way to go. Participants can have fun while developing communication skills, trust, and decision making abilities. Escape games are novel, exciting, and intellectual but more importantly, the most memorable work event employees will ever attend. There are two identical themed escape rooms so that teams can race against the clock and each other. Coworkers will be competing with the same clues in the same room next door in order to see who can escape first.
When participating, teamwork and communication skills are critical to success. As soon as the team enters the room, the clock begins and sixty minutes are identified to work together to find the clues and solve the puzzles which will permit the team to escape. Each room is under video surveillance and Game Masters are always available to assist the participants if hints or clues are necessary to complete the escape successfully.
