Homeowners no longer have to worry about having to deal with someone face-to-face in their home when going through the process of repairing or replacing their roof. Western Summit Roofing is now offering a contactless roofing assistance program. This means that homeowners can now get an estimate and be guided through the entire process of repairing or upgrading their roof virtually without having anyone come to their house.
In light of Covid-19, Western Summit Roofing has announced a new contactless roofing estimation procedure. This procedure allows customers to remain social-distanced while still receiving the same high quality service they have come to expect from the roofing company.
A customer who prefers to remain social-distanced may now choose to have contactless assistance throughout the entire process of the project, from the initial inspection and through the insurance or estimation process; to product selection and project planning; all the way through to project completion, billing and final inspection. Contactless inspections are done either by using drones equipped with high-resolution cameras that capture aerial and close-up photographs or with high-resolution cameras or smartphones equipped with high-resolution cameras and face-time capacities.
A field rep arrives at the property and sends an SMS message and/or calls the homeowner to notify them that they are outside and preparing to climb up on the roof. This process allows homeowners to stay in their homes while still getting the necessary information about their roof.
After the contactless inspection, an assigned representative from the Western Summit team reaches out and schedules to meet with the customer virtually using screen share technology. In this meeting, our rep goes over the findings of the inspection in-depth and discusses what the roof repair or replacement process will involve. All Contracts, agreements and payments are done electronically and are emailed and signed using online software systems.
