Over the next two decades, Baby Boomers and the Silent Generation are expected to pass down more than $84 trillion in assets. Millennials are projected to inherit up to $90 trillion, while Generation Z could accumulate $36 trillion by 2035, according to industry estimates.

Founded by siblings Haley and Brooks Schaffer—the third generation in a family of fiduciary advisors—Waypoint West was born out of firsthand experience at firms like BlackRock, ICONIQ Capital, and Alkeon Capital. After years advising some of the world’s most sophisticated institutions and families, the Schaffers identified a clear gap: individuals with complex financial lives were underserved by legacy institutions and oversimplified by digital platforms.
