The course, “Fair Housing Fundamentals,” led by Monica Gilroy, Esq., principal and founding member of The Gilroy Firm, is designed to help property management team members strengthen their understanding of one of the industry’s most important compliance topics.

In “Fair Housing Fundamentals,” Gilroy introduces participants to the purpose of the Fair Housing Act, the seven federally protected classes, and additional protected categories that may exist at the state or local level. The 15-minute introductory course helps property managers, leasing professionals, virtual assistants, maintenance coordinators, and administrative team members understand how fair housing principles apply to their everyday responsibilities.
