-- Visibian had launched its Brand Intelligence platform as of October 7, 2026, giving brands and agencies a way to monitor how seven AI assistants answer buyer questions about them.
The Brand Intelligence platform collects answers from ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Grok and Claude on daily or weekly schedules, in markets and languages selected by the user.
Brand Intelligence retains collected answers in full rather than summarizing them, and it reports brand mentions, position among competitors, sentiment, share of voice and the sources each assistant cites. A feature called Hallucination Watch flags collected answers that contradict facts the user enters about their own brand, such as prices or plan names, so teams can see where an assistant's description diverges from reality.
Setup does not require adding code or a tracking pixel to a company's website. Business and agency plans support a read-only connection to Google Analytics to count visits that AI answers send to the site. For agencies, each client brand has its own portfolio, view-only client access and reports that open without an account.
Alongside Brand Intelligence, Visibian operates an education platform for teams working on generative engine optimization, also called answer engine optimization. Visibian Academy provides 60 talks organized into five arcs, with each talk available in text and audio. Eight practical Build Guides cover technical and content work, supported by quizzes and badges. The platform is designed to give marketers a working understanding of how AI assistants select and describe brands, complementing the monitoring data produced by Brand Intelligence.

Brand Intelligence plans start at €79 monthly before VAT, with Academy access and reader allowances varying by plan.
