Velma M. McMillan, a distinguished entrepreneur and financial expert, is the chief financial officer (CFO) of Quantum Alliance and the owner of multiple Blo Blow Dry Bar franchises. Ms. McMillan has also ventured into the beauty industry, opening her first Blo Blow Dry Bar franchise in Rockwall, Texas, in 2023. This move was inspired by her passion for personal aesthetics and her desire to create additional opportunities for her family and community.

Today, Ms. McMillan owns four Blo Blow Dry Bar locations across Texas and Virginia and plans to expand further. Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. McMillan is deeply involved in her community. She is an active member of the Rockwall Chamber of Commerce and supports various local organizations, including Meals on Wheels and the Boys and Girls Club.

Ms. McMillan's commitment to excellence is evident in her educational background. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and management and a master's degree in business administration, with a minor in marketing, from Capella University. Additionally, she maintains claims adjuster licenses in over 10 states and property and casualty licenses in 35 states.
