With over 20 years’ industry experience, Val began his career in defence and went on to contribute to some of the world’s most significant projects, spanning Australia’s transport networks, the UK rail sector, and Saudi Arabia’s NEOM program.
Known for his unique capability in innovation and creative implementation, Val also co-founded the Project Chatter Podcast and Project Connect Group, creating global platforms for dialogue and networking in project delivery. His expertise in innovation, transformation, and delivery on mega projects underpins his mission to pay it forward and deliver projects that make a real difference.
