-- Uptown Jungle has just opened a new indoor family adventure park in North Phoenix, its fifth location in the Phoenix area. The latest location will enable the chain to better accommodate the needs of its growing, raving fan base of young thrill-seekers and provide wholesome, family-friendly entertainment to children and parents alike. Like in all other Uptown Jungle locations, the play areas are built to accommodate “children” of all ages so parents can play side by side with their kids anywhere in the park. The North Phoenix park is opening its doors on June 11, 2021. The project is part of a strategic expansion plan across the western US driven by a company-wide mission to “lead more kids to have fun, stay happy, be active, and spend more quality time with family in a clean and friendly environment.“
Unlike the traditional trampoline park, where jumping is most prominent, the founders of Uptown Jungle set out to do something that added a variety of fun activities in a safe and controlled environment. Their innovative concept launched in 2014 and customers went crazy for it, a “non-stop playground metropolis”, as the founders describe it. Uptown Jungle is a multi-level indoor adventure park housed inside a 14,000 square foot building that lives up to its name. The air-conditioned facility is filled to the ceiling with an interconnected maze of play structures, climbing walls, an air floor, and warrior courses all designed to explore, challenge, and reveal the superhero in all kids.
“In a world of so much negativity, we want to provide our communities with a place where kids and families can come and leave their worries behind through an amazing experience filled with play and fun. Our mission is for everyone to leave better than they came when they visit Uptown Jungle”, says Brad Collins, the company’s President. “That mission applies to all our guests, employees, vendors, and communities.
