Signup activity is strongest in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Norway, while additional user bases have emerged in Brazil, Singapore, India, the Netherlands, and other countries.
“We’re not selling automation, we’re selling relief,” said Guy, founder of TripWaffle. “Instead of manually building a trip plan, users simply forward their confirmations and everything comes together instantly in one clear, intelligent view.”
TripWaffle said the service is being used by two main groups: frequent and business travelers seeking an alternative to older itinerary tools, and leisure travelers managing multiple bookings across email and spreadsheets. Company materials state that the system also surfaces visa information, weather-based packing lists, jet lag forecasts, and lost luggage risk data.
Email overload remains a persistent problem for travelers handling separate confirmations, schedule changes, and transport details across different providers. TripWaffle said its product aims to reduce that burden by processing booking emails with AI and structuring the information automatically rather than requiring users to build itineraries themselves.
Organic adoption across more than 20 countries marks an early milestone for the company as it expands its user base without paid acquisition. TripWaffle said its broader goal is to reduce the time and effort involved in organizing trips and to make travel planning more manageable for users in different markets.
