-- Bestselling author and transformational life coach Tony Endelman has been quietly – and diligently - working to address the issue of loneliness and disconnection among men. In his coaching business, Endelman enables men to create more meaningful lives by focusing on the importance of community, vulnerability, personal reinvention.

Worldwide, men are more isolated, depressed, and emotionally fatigued than ever before. Many men feel their lives lack meaning and purpose. Additionally, many men report not having anyone to turn to in a time of need. Endelman insists that men can positively transform their lives through connection and camaraderie with other men and having a safe space in which men can push each other to grow.
Endelman found men’s work after experiencing years of depression and inner strife. After suddenly losing his father, he began to reassess his life’s direction.
“I was deeply unhappy,” shares Endelman. “Losing my father made it worse for a while. But ultimately it made me realize how unpredictable life is. And that we only get one. I realized that I could remain stagnant and be miserable for the rest of my life. Or I could face some of my fears and reinvent myself.”
Determined to make significant changes, Endelman embarked on a journey of profound self-discovery, one that ultimately led him towards guiding others through their own healing and transformation.
Endelman had been working in advertising for nearly 15 years when he began building his coaching business on the side. Not until his 37th birthday did he decide to quit his day job make the leap into being a full-time coach and entrepreneur. This should serve as a testament to the fact that it’s never too late to start something new.
Endelman credits his friend and mentor, Dr. Robert Glover, with having the greatest impact on his life. Dr. Glover is a seminal figure in men’s self-improvement and the author of the groundbreaking No More Mr. Nice Guy. In 2023, Endelman published the bestselling book, THE BIG STICK: Collected and Applied Wisdom from the Teachings of Dr. Glover, which encapsulates 40 years of Dr. Glover’s pioneering work as a marriage and family therapist, a dating and relationship coach, an educator, a motivational speaker.
Through his one-on-one coaching, group programs, online courses, and in-person workshops, Endelman helps men transform their lives from the inside out. His quirky and unconventional brand of self-help has been featured in The Huffington Post, Yahoo!, Lifehack, Mindvalley, MSN, Thought Catalog, Tiny Buddha, and The Good Men Project.
Endelman was born in Nebraska, Omaha, but he now lives in New Orleans, where he continues to write, coach, and pursue his mission of helping men find purpose and contentment.
