Roundup, a popular herbicide manufactured by Monsanto, has been shown by some studies to have links to non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. The current — Round Up Lawsuit claim that Monsanto failed to warn users of the increased risk of developing non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
The plaintiffs allege that Monsanto has known of the link between the use of Round-Up and certain cancers for more than 30 years.
Class Claims LLC has just filed 3 cases in the U.S. District Court of Northern Georgia. The first one involves a Fairburn, Georgia resident who was a landscaper for over 15 years. He used Roundup while engaging in his landscaping business. He has been diagnosed with Stage IV non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.
The second case involves an Oxford Georgia resident, who started a property service company in 1986 after retiring from professional boxing. His company provided landscaping services to apartment complexes and other properties. He regularly used Roundup in his business. He was diagnosed with stage IV non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in 2016.
The third case involves a Stone Mountain, Georgia resident who used Roundup in a heavily wooded area of his large property for 6 years to destroy the undergrowth. He was diagnosed with Stage IV non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in 2008.
Class Claims LLC is currently accepting clients who have been exposed to Roundup, and have been diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.
