Thai Union Launches 11th Year of the Management Associate Program 2025: Empowering Future Leaders to Drive the marine health and nutrition company

Bangkok, Thailand, December 19, 2024 -- Thai Union Group PCL., the world's seafood leader, is now accepting applications for its Management Associate Program 2025. This exciting opportunity is designed for recent graduates to develop into future leaders through hands-on experiences with globally recognized brands, becoming an integral part of the world’s leading marine health and nutrition company. This year, Thai Union is expanding opportunities across seven key functions, including Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Engineering; Manufacturing – Production, and Planting and Quality Assurance, to support the Company’s growth. The program aims to identify top talent for a competitive, fast-track leadership pathway, offering a launchpad to a fulfilling career. Applicants must have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree, 0-2 years of working experience, and be fluent in English.

The Thai Union Management Associate Program is a three-year accelerated development program. It includes six-month rotational assignments across various functions to provide a comprehensive understanding of the business. Following the first 18 months in Thailand, candidates will embark on 18 months to two years on international assignments, aligned to a specific function. Successful candidates will commence their roles in May 2025.
