Lester has been appointed Managing Director to lead the firm’s global operations and guide its expansion into new sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, and finance. His extensive experience in international business law, regulatory strategy, and corporate finance has prepared him to spearhead cross-border projects.
Before his appointment, Lester played a central role in building Tetra Consultants’ presence across Asia, establishing operations in Shanghai, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, and India. His work with top-tier institutions has focused on organizational restructuring, regulatory compliance, and project management, positioning him well to guide the firm’s next phase of international growth.
The appointment comes as Southeast Asia’s professional services sector builds on Singapore’s role as a global financial hub to tap into high-growth industries. It mirrors a wider consulting shift driven by post-pandemic diversification, greater cross-border talent mobility, and stricter regulatory demands. Tetra Consultants’ expansion follows a regional push to draw multinational investment while reinforcing compliance in emerging sectors.

Lester Mok is an alumnus of Hwa Chong Institution and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics (Distinction) from the National University of Singapore.
