In his new role, Lester will lead global operations and drive the firm’s expansion into emerging sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, and finance. He brings with him extensive expertise in international business law, regulatory strategy, and corporate finance, built through years of successfully managing cross-border projects.
Before his appointment, Lester played a central role in building Tetra Consultants’ presence across Asia, establishing operations in Shanghai, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, and India. His work with top-tier institutions has focused on organizational restructuring, regulatory compliance, and project management, positioning him well to guide the firm’s next phase of international growth.
For those tracking corporate pivots, the move signals a strategic bet on sectors where global demand, compliance requirements, and investment potential are converging. Mok’s expertise in navigating complex regulations gives the firm a competitive edge as healthcare, finance, and hospitality undergo structural change in the wake of shifting consumer trends and tighter oversight.

Lester Mok is an alumnus of Hwa Chong Institution and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics (Distinction) from the National University of Singapore.
