Finance Director Matt Gordon attributes the authenticity of the brand to the sourcing of ingredients and manufacturing in India and Thailand. The Demand Solutions Platform will help better anticipate demand and improve visibility of lead times, making it easier to keep The Spice Tailors’ customers shelves well stocked. Matt explained the reasons for the investment:

The Spice Tailors’ expectations for the demand and requirement planning components of the Platform are:
1) Improvements in business process efficiency for our planning and operational teams
2) A significant increase in the speed and accuracy of forecasts to better meet customer and consumer needs
3) Enabling the release of working capital to re-invest in growing the brand
