-- Sunao Kumura, CEO of Interactor Inc., was honored with the Business Leadership Excellence Award at the CXO 2.0 Conference. The global business leadership event, held from December 8–10, 2025, at the InterContinental DFC, Dubai, UAE, brought together senior executives, founders, and innovators to examine the evolving demands of modern enterprise leadership.
Born in Tokyo in 1977, he graduated from a music specialist school and a vocational training program in mechatronics, followed by a degree from Tokyo Online University. He has acquired a wide range of computer skills, from digital circuit design to embedded software and server-side software. In 2011, he founded his first company, and in 2020, he established Interactor Inc., where he serves as CEO.
With a strong focus on software development and team management, he has led the company to deliver customer-centric solutions while continuously enhancing team skills and product quality. He also studied Data Science at the university to further improve project management efficiency and stay at the forefront of technological advancements. His next goal is to become a company and talent leader in the AI-driven Industrial Revolution 2.0.
