“In 2024 and beyond, SCG is committed to investing in our generative AI knowledge base so that we can guide clients in using it safely and effectively,” Starks says. “This technology is so new that many people don’t yet understand its capabilities, but we know it’s powerful. And we want to be on the good side of that power.”

Community Minded
SCG strives to be a conduit of change for not only its clients, but also the community. “We have a long-term vision to use our business to enhance the community in Central Ohio,” says Starks.
Starting in 2024, the firm’s expansion plan aims to acquire two new companies per year, with its first transaction already underway. “One of our greatest opportunities to give back to the community is by creating jobs. In order to do so, we have to grow the business,” says Starks, a member of the Eastland Planning Committee, which seeks to rebuild the community he grew up in. “That’s what drives us.”
