St. Paul’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) of San Diego, Calif. is pleased to unveil its brand new website, showcasing their many services for the elderly and providing online resources for the general public. PACE is a nationwide care model designed to provide coordinated medical and social services to those over age 55 who have chronic conditions needing regular medical support, yet wish to continue living at home rather than relocating to assisted living or skilled nursing facilities.St. Paul’s PACE has three Wellness Center locations in San Diego, Chula Vista, and El Cajon. The program provides full social and medical services and also includes transportation and in-home care. The program also provides physical and occupational therapy and medical specialists, including psychiatry, dental, optometry and more.
With their new website, seniors and their loved ones in the greater San Diego metro area can download brochures, browse through photos and learn about the services provided. The website is also a source for news and events that are relevant to senior citizens throughout the San Diego metro area.

St. Paul's Senior Services is a mission driven San Diego non-profit and full service retirement provider, offering Independent, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing communities, child and senior day care programs, and a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
