To find great talent, SOS Security is hosting a job fair for armed security personnel in Richmond, VA, on July 18.
- Recruiters will be on hand to interview candidates for security positions throughout downtown Richmond,
primarily at state government facilities.
- Armed security officers hired at the job fair will receive a $250 signing bonus if they remain with the company
and in good standing for at least 90 days.
- The Job fair is being held at SOS Security’s Richmond Office at 2405 Westwood Avenue, Suite 210, between the
hours of 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
- Attendees must bring their DCJS card and be prepared to meet with a recruiter and to interview on the spot.

While the job fair is open to anyone with a VA Department of Criminal Justice license, only licensed private security armed candidates are eligible for the signing bonus. This license can be obtained by completing 40 hours of education involving a combination of classroom training and hands-on exercises and may be obtained through SOS Security’s Training Academy.
