Removing traditional barriers to drive the economy and increase the quality of life for people of Myanmar

SKYBIT announced that they are in the final phases of preparation for the launch of their SKYBIT Tokens IEO (link to token sales page). SKYBIT is the first web platform that transcends long-standing payment barriers between Myanmar and the rest of the world. Its blockchain based tokens will enable people in Myanmar to pay for, and get paid for goods and services easier, faster and cheaper than ever before. SKYBIT will change the way the people of Myanmar interact and do business with the rest of the world.

"This is about more than just blockchain and cryptographic tokens," said a spokesperson for SKYBIT. "Of course, the platform will deliver many practical advantages and cost savings to users. However, our innovation is nothing less than a move to position Myanmar positively in the Fourth Industrial Revolution that's now making countries in the world part of an interconnected industrial and corporate ecosystem. SKYBIT will be part of a trend that boosts the security of cross-border financial transactions and logistics that benefit the smallest firms and people in the less developed countries in ASEAN. SKYBIT is part of a financial shift that will fundamentally transform the way we live-for the better."

The IEO will take place on Probit exchange early 2020, confirmed dates will be announced soon.

Funds raised by SKYBIT in the IEO will be used primarily for continued development of the platform as well as business expansion. SKYBIT tokens can traded on the platform or be used to obtain reduced transaction fees. SKYBIT token conforms with the new ERC777 standard and tokens will be "burned" on an ongoing basis, using the burn function specified in the ERC777 token standard.

SKYBIT is Myanmar's first digital asset exchange. Through its technology innovations, the platform promises to improve the quality of life in Myanmar population by reducing obstacles to cross-border transactions.
