SHEROES, the women-only social network acquires Pune-based women-focused publishing platform — Naaree.com, which caters to a core audience of remote workforce mothers, professionals and business women.
The acquisition helps SHEROES strengthen and deepen its content offerings to its user base, poised to reach 100 million by 2023.
Founded by award-winning publisher Priya Florence Shah, Naaree offers content that supports women in breaking free of limitations, disempowering thinking, and achieving balance and harmony across the areas in her life.
The platform offers career resources, information and podcasts, with empathy, depth and ease of consumption at its core. In 2019, Naaree.com began its community on SHEROES platform, as a space to trigger engagement around its content offerings.

November 2019 saw the addition 26 million women Internet users, with urban women users accounting for 40% and rural users at 30%, latter being the fastest growing demographic. As these number grow, SHEROES is building its product to serve diverse needs, aspirations and goals of women.

Both SHEROES and Naaree.com have responded with on-theme content, utilities, expert sessions, workshops and other tools to support real needs of women.
