Seth D. Rotman, RN, NC-BC, a Board Certified Nurse Coach and the founder of Clarify Wellness LLC, is set to launch an innovative program combining ADHD management and leadership development in the great outdoors. In partnership with the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), Mr. Rotman created the Seven-Day 8DHD Backpacking Expedition, which is scheduled to launch in April 2025.
With over a decade of nursing experience, Mr. Rotman has dedicated his career to empowering individuals, specializing in working with professionals who silently struggle with ADHD. His unique approach blends evidence-based techniques with holistic strategies, drawing from his personal experiences with ADHD.

The Seven-Day 8DHD Backpacking Expedition, set in the stunning Southern Utah canyons, offers a powerful combination of NOLS' world-renowned leadership training and Mr. Rotman's personalized coaching. The program is built on the three pillars of accountability, resilience, and self-knowledge, focusing on the "Essential 8's" of ADHD: 8 essential strengths, 8 essential skills and 8 essential tools. Participants will learn evidence-based ADHD management techniques, build leadership skills with immediate and long-lasting impacts, break feelings of isolation by building community and experience the healing power of nature.

Mr. Rotman's approach to ADHD management is grounded in his broader "8 Brocade of Holistic Wellness" theory, which recognizes the interconnectivity of eight dimensions of wellness: emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social and spiritual. This holistic perspective forms the basis of his problem-solving approach and is integrated into the expedition's curriculum.
As a speaker and advocate for ADHD awareness, Mr. Rotman has already made an impact in corporate settings. He recently delivered a powerful presentation for Curaleaf's neurodiversity Employee Resource Group (ERG), a company with approximately 6,000 employees. His presentation resonated strongly with the audience and was subsequently distributed to all ERG members nationwide, inspiring many across the organization.
