-- Scribe Security announced the expansion of its global operations, extending access to its AI-powered Application Security (AppSec) agentic workflows for enterprises in the United States, Europe, and Japan. The new platform’s AI-driven workflows are designed to strengthen software security at scale by augmenting AppSec and DevOps teams with AI agentic workflows for auto remediation, mitigation, governance, and compliance.

The decision to open its AI capabilities to everyone comes as organizations worldwide accelerate adoption of AI-assisted coding tools such as Copilot. Analysts project that more than half of all production code will be AI-generated by 2025. While this development promises greater efficiency, it also increases the potential for vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and insecure dependencies to propagate through continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Because both the quantity and security quality of AI-generated code are exploding, while security teams do not, the situation has become totally unmanageable.

Rubi Arbel, CEO of Scribe Security, said: “Development teams everywhere are adopting AI coding assistants and accelerating release cycles. Our new offering to augment AppSec and DevSecOps teams with agentic automated workflows ensures that organizations across the U.S., Europe, and Japan can apply consistent, verifiable security controls as their software factories scale.”

Scribe’s platform integrates directly with repositories, build systems, registries, and cloud environments to collect evidence without accessing source code. At each stage of development, the system produces signed and machine-readable SDLC security attestations records that comply with frameworks such as SLSA and NIST SSDF. The evidence is stored in a tamper-proof knowledge graph that links artifacts, identities, tools, and actions, creating a continuous, auditable chain of trust from commit to deployment. Policy-as-code guardrails automatically govern which artifacts can advance, blocking unverified or tampered components from entering production.

To manage the increased output of AI-generated code, Scribe has introduced a set of AI-driven agents that operate on the signed evidence collected across the software lifecycle. These AI agents specialize in tasks such as vulnerability triage, automated pull request generation, Dockerfile hardening, and SDLC compliance mapping. By operating from a unified knowledge graph, they enable automatic remediation and verification at the same speed code is created, reducing the gap between detection and resolution.

The cybersecurity market is expected to grow from $262 billion in 2025 to more than $350 billion by 2030, with software supply chain security identified as one of the fastest-growing investment areas. Workforce shortages remain a challenge, with ISACA estimating more than three million unfilled cybersecurity roles worldwide. Automated systems that can validate provenance, generate compliance-ready reports, and accelerate remediation are being adopted to address these constraints.

Arbel said: “Organizations need their application security to keep pace with their application development . By expanding our new offering globally, we are enabling more security teams and developers to adopt scalable, AI-driven AppSec that aligns with both security needs and regulatory standards.”

Organizations using Scribe’s platform have already reported reductions in non-actionable alerts by as much as 70 percent through contextual prioritization. Audit preparation times have decreased by more than 60 percent thanks to continuously generated, signed reports, while remediation cycles have shortened from weeks to hours for recurring issues such as dependency updates and configuration errors.
