Samanitha Gathers is an Advisory Business Systems Analyst at TECO Energy and the Founder of Insight Veritas. She brings over a decade of experience in business analysis, project management, and software development, supporting clients across state and federal government agencies, as well as the utilities, healthcare, IT, software, and professional services industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from Colorado Technical University.
Samanitha has led the development and implementation of new software-driven business processes throughout her career, including a state travel management system for the State of Florida’s Department of Management Services and the modernization of solar grid data through MuleSoft at Eversource. At TECO Energy, she has provided advisory business strategy planning and led business process improvements across IT and corporate operations.
She is the author of Fortifying Your Digital Empire Securely: The Agile RoadMap for IT Mastery, Cybersecurity, and Exponential Growth, a practical guide for business leaders navigating IT transformation and cybersecurity. She is also the founder of Professional Modest Women, a community that brings together women of color across industries and cultures in a supportive, empowering space.
