To qualify, companies must:
- Employ more than ten people
- Have offices in one of the following counties: Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Maury, Montgomery, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson, or Wilson
- Have full-time or part-time W-2 employees, excluding owners, partners, or individuals with more than 5% ownership
