Rocky McElhaney Law Firm Breaks Ground on New Building In Hendersonville

Rocky McElhaney Law Firm sells historic Music Row building in in Nashville, and begins breaking ground on new state-of-the-art Hendersonville complex.

Rocky McElhaney of the Rocky McElhaney Law Firm has begun breaking ground on plans to build a new $3.2 million headquarters on Indian Lake Boulevard in Hendersonville, adjacent to The Streets of Indian Lake Shopping Center. McElhaney expects to employ at least thirty people more to accommodate that expansion.

“It’s transitional yet homey,” says firm founder Rocky McElhaney of the two-story sprawling complex. “I want every client and every visitor to feel special when they walk in this place, like it’s theirs – and for them not only to feel comfortable but like they’re in great hands, like we know what we’re doing. The space should emulate our authority in our field. I think the newer industrial and modern elements against thoughtful features and design are a reflection of who we are as a law firm: friendly, grounded, deliberate and, of course, cutting edge. Helping folks over the years, we have always been innovative. From being one of the first small, local firms to go paperless, to high-end legal computer software we use and the way we train our paralegals and keep our lawyers informed and at the top of their game, to our high-tech trial technology and videography department which helps to tell our clients’ stories. All of these elements work in harmony to help our firm be the best personal injury firm we can be, and I think the new building will complement that sentiment.”

The current space for the firm was recently purchased for $3 million by First Citizens Bank, which plans on relocating its Nashville headquarters. In July, First Citizens purchased the adjoining land from a group of local investors.

Growing by leaps and bounds

In the past year, the Rocky McElhaney Law Firm added three new attorneys to the firm, taking the first step in what will prove to be an impressive expansion of the firm’s services.

The 12,500 sq. foot custom, state-of-the-art space will compliment McElhaney’s three other offices in Knoxville, Nashville’s Historic Germantown, and Gallatin. McElhaney expects to employ at least thirty more people in the expansion of the Rocky McElhaney Law Firm, as well as in the development of the McElhaney Family Firm, specializing in domestic matters, and McElhaney’s newest venture as a licensed NFL agent, the Rocky McElhaney Sports Agency.

The Rocky McElhaney Law Firm currently maintains offices in Nashville, Gallatin and Knoxville, and offers a wide variety of services for injury victims throughout Tennessee. The attorneys are focused on helping people, and offer comprehensive counsel for the victims of:

• Personal injury
• Auto accidents
• Truck accidents
• Traumatic brain injuries
• Wrongful death
