The announcement addresses a specific gap in Revived Smiles' business model. The company already lets customers order custom partial dentures online, complete a free at-home impression kit, and receive a finished appliance in as little as two weeks — but until now, customers could only pay the full amount up front. Under the new arrangement, qualifying customers can apply through Eve Financial's marketplace, which routes a single application to a network of lenders instead of requiring the customer to apply to each one individually.
Eve Financial, based in Lehi, Utah, works with service businesses across dental, veterinary, automotive repair and medical spa industries. The company's pitch to those businesses centers on approval odds: if one lender in its network declines an applicant, the application is automatically forwarded to the next lender rather than ending there. Eve Financial said the application process takes about 30 seconds and involves only a soft credit check at the pre-qualification stage.
For Revived Smiles, the deal represents a shift in how the company handles a decision that previously happened entirely at checkout. Customers either paid the full amount, were not approved for a traditional "Buy Now, Pay Later" service, or did not complete the order. The company said the financing option is intended for customers who would otherwise not qualify for a traditional "Buy Now, Pay Later" service or are unable to pay in full at checkout — extending access to those with less-than-perfect credit.
Revived Smiles has not released deal terms or an approval-rate figure specific to its checkout process, and a spokesperson said the company would not speculate on how many customers are expected to use the option. The financing choice does not change Revived Smiles' existing 60-day Smile Guarantee, a comprehensive warranty that covers any changes needed to the custom product, such as shade or fit adjustments.
The partnership follows an earlier collaboration between Revived Smiles and broad teledental companies that ensure every partial denture case is reviewed and prescribed by a licensed dentist, aimed at letting customers get a professional recommendation on which appliance to order without visiting an office in person.
Revived Smiles' broader pitch to customers has centered on two cost factors: the number of dental office visits typically required for a custom appliance, and the price difference compared with in-office treatment. The company said financing addresses a third factor it had not directly solved before this announcement — a customer's ability to pay the full amount at the moment of ordering, or to qualify for another "Buy Now, Pay Later" service, rather than over time.
The company said the financing option will be presented to customers during the standard checkout flow and will not require a separate account or application outside of Eve Financial's process. Revived Smiles said terms are generated through the Eve platform and are subject to lender approval and eligibility criteria, and that the option currently applies to partial denture orders specifically.
