Collecting rent and dealing with eviction can be a headache for property owners and managers. Each state has its own laws concerning eviction and it is important to know and follow these laws. Glenn Dickson will outline how to lay the proper groundwork to collect rent with fewer problems and how to proceed if the tenant does not pay. —
