Renegade, the leading horizontal cased-hole completions service provider in North America, continues its growth through the acquisition of the Texas-based full-service slickline provider Cooke Slickline, LLC. Through this new acquisition, Renegade Wireline Services expands its personnel and regional coverage to better service its growing number of clients. Cooke Slickline, whose services include temperature surveys, perforating, bottom hole pressure, swabbing, gas lifting, and plug placement and removal, previously did business throughout the areas of East and South Texas, the Gulf of Mexico, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.
For three generations, Cooke Slickline had set high standards for customer service and onsite safety. These goals lineup with Renegade’s own mission statement. Beyond increasing their own services, manpower, and areas of operation, the acquisition will further Renegade’s ongoing goal of maintaining the most responsible and reliable stable of oil and gas industry talent while further addressing and improving worksite safety.
