-- DUBAI, United Arab Emirates – September 29, 2026 – Redule AI has launched an Agentic AI Operating System designed to help consultancies, brokerages and regulated sales teams automate customer operations across messaging and digital channels.
Rather than operating solely as a system of record, the platform uses autonomous AI agents to capture incoming leads, interpret customer intent, qualify prospects, coordinate follow-ups and support meeting-booking workflows.
The system currently works across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and web enquiries, allowing customer interactions to be managed within a centralized environment. Redule also supports multilingual conversations.
Addressing Manual Sales and Customer Workflows
Redule’s Agentic AI OS addresses operational tasks that often require teams to move information between messaging platforms, CRM records and follow-up processes. From its Dubai base, the company is positioning its platform within the growing Sales Automation Dubai landscape while supporting businesses in international markets.
Its agents can capture leads, perform intent-based qualification, identify higher-priority prospects, follow up with inactive leads and route qualified opportunities to human team members. The platform also maintains records of customer interactions and operational actions within its CRM environment.
