-- Raul Valdes-Perez, CEO of OnlyBoth Inc., was celebrated with the “Gamechangers In Tech Award” at the Tech 2.0 Conference. The three-day innovation conference was held from April 7–9, 2026, at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, USA. The recognition was presented to leaders who demonstrated transformative impact and innovation in the technology sector.
Raul Valdes-Perez is the Co-founder and CEO of OnlyBoth. Previously, he co-founded Vivisimo, serving as CEO for nine years and Chairman until its acquisition by IBM. His leadership earned him the ‘Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award’ for the North Central Region and a ‘Top10 Reader Favorite Distinction’ from Inc. magazine.
Formerly a Carnegie Mellon computer science faculty member, Raul specialized in AI-enabled knowledge discovery, receiving seven NSF grants and publishing 50 scholarly works. He holds a PhD from Carnegie Mellon, advised by Nobel Laureate Herbert A. Simon, and authored ‘Advice is for Winners: How to Get Advice for Better Decisions in Life and Work.’
