Both DIY kits and finished guitars are presented and are available for purchase or just for additional information about the features. Ready-to-play models, a painted both ready for electronics pickups, or an Ollandoc raw wood kit can be purchased.
The website is the home of the Ollandoc guitar. The Ollandoc is sometimes confused with a Trey Anastasio of Phish style Languedoc. This beautiful instrument is also similar to the Phred and Equador. Guitar kits are available for these instruments as well. Pictures and videos of the Ollandoc are available. The updated website provides links to hear owners of the Ollandoc play. There is also a link to the Ollandoc Facebook page.
According to a spokesperson for the company, "The Ollandoc is the guitar many people confuse for the Languedoc. It is a full hollow body with a 25 1/5 inch scale fast slim neck and 24 medium jumbo frets on a 14-inch radius ebony fretboard. Seymour Duncan's Custom Shop makes pickups for the Ollandocs. They offer one of the best wiring harnesses found in any guitar. We use all braided metal shielded wire routed around the f-holes, and all USA made electronic parts. There are eight wires coming from the pickups; they need to be shielded from each other for the perfect tone."
The company is located in the Ozarks on Greers Ferry Lake in Fairfield Bay AR. The products can be shipped anywhere in the world. The company is flexible in working with customers and will provide email pictures of the instruments in stock at any time. All Ollandocs come in a free hard shell case.
