Plex is focused on acquiring SFR properties across Georgia, primarily in mid-sized cities, with a focus on renovating properties in disrepair, and transforming them into high quality, affordable housing. Plex is committed to creating significant value for investors and quality, affordable residences for tenants, and revitalizing local communities.
