After helping secure community approval for the Lift One Corridor Plan on the Aspen mountainside, this full-service digital marketing firm is taking the plunge into real estate marketing full-time and providing specialty services to developers, real estate agencies and brokers nationwide.

A hotly debated topic, the development of Aspen mountain had been a point of contention between developers, city officials, and residents for years - or at least, it was until March of this year. Thanks to the efforts of the digital marketing firm Upwardly Social on behalf of developers Jeff Gorsuch and Michael Brown, community favor had been garnered in support for the historic lodging development project deemed the Lift One Corridor, which promised to bring two hotel properties, greater accessibility, and new ski facilities to the west side of the mountain.

The trailblazing success of the Lift One Corridor marketing campaign marked the start of a new chapter in the company’s strategic focus, moving from technology and media clients to real estate agencies, development companies, and brokers.
