New Framework ‘AIgile’ Redefines How AI-Native Teams Build Products Globally

-- A new book and delivery framework, AIgile: Delivery Framework for AI-Native Product Teams, is challenging long-held assumptions about Agile and offering a blueprint for the AI-first era of software development.

Developed by Rishank Jhavar, AIgile replaces human-centered delivery metrics with system-level learning loops designed for teams where AI agents and humans co-create. It proposes a radical yet practical question for the industry: Can legacy Agile methods handle the speed and scale of AI-native workflows?

‘Traditional Agile was built in a world where humans owned every step. That’s no longer reality,’ Jhavar says. ‘We’re seeing engineering pods where 70% of delivery is handled by AI systems. Agile collapses in that environment.’

The AIgile framework introduces three structural changes:

●      Prompts as the core unit of work – replacing story points and tasks.

●      Signal dashboards – real-time measurement of system learning and reuse instead of velocity charts.

●      AI-human pods – where delivery is designed as a feedback system between models, agents, and people.

AIgile is not speculative. The framework is informed by live deployments across startups and enterprise AI labs where standard Agile methods could not keep pace with AI-assisted development cycles.

‘This is not simply Agile plus AI,’ Jhavar says. ‘It’s a rewrite for a market where prompts ship features and systems learn faster than sprint cadences.’

The book is available globally. For Amazon India, visit: https://www.amazon.in/dp/B0FKPFMSRK

AIgile has already sparked interest among AI product leaders, with early readers noting its potential to become the standard for AI-first delivery. Its release comes as AI reporters and tech media are tracking the growing disconnect between AI-assisted product teams and traditional software management frameworks.

‘The gap between how teams are actually building and how they are measured is widening,’ Jhavar notes. ‘AIgile closes that gap before it becomes unmanageable.’
