The three-day founders event was held from April 7–9, 2026, at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, USA. The accolade recognized professionals demonstrating impactful leadership, innovation, and contributions to business and community development.
Monica Robles’s personal and professional goals have centered on providing customers with excellent service by engaging companies and customers in high-performing strategies that benefit both. Professionally, she has achieved her goals through various employment opportunities with domestic and international companies and the US Federal Government Agencies. She enjoys giving back to her community and providing training by volunteering with various non-profit organizations.
Monica is the Founder and President of Heart Centered Leadership Coaching and Consulting Group and Asociacion de Emprendedor@s. She authored the Emprendedor@s Program (Entrepreneurship Program). She has been awarded the ‘IAOTP Top Business Consultant and Leader of 2024’ & ‘Empowered Woman 2025.’
