Since 2017, Molly Woodhull has designed and implemented holistic employee wellness solutions, serving clients across sectors including healthcare, education, government, non-profits, and corporate enterprises. Her company offers a blend of in-person and virtual programs that prioritize mental well-being, workplace balance, and preventive care strategies.
An alumna of the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science degree, Molly continues to contribute to the academic community by teaching meditation to alumni. Certified by Duke University’s Center for Koru Mindfulness, she began her career as a teacher. In addition, she worked alongside the founders of the mindfulness institute to support its expansion and growth. Her training also includes Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Compassion and Cultivation from Stanford University, and the YNG + iLAB: Innovation & Disruption Lab at Harvard University.
The award spotlighted her dedication to building a culture of well-being in workspaces through science-backed, personalized wellness programs.
