-- Michelle Raymond, founder and CEO of The People’s Partner, is scheduled to moderate a panel at the AI Next Awards & Conference on 22 October 2026 at Crowne Plaza Dubai – Deira. The session, “AI and the Future of Work: Upskilling Billions,” will address how artificial intelligence is influencing workforce skills, professional development and organisational preparation.
The conference organiser introduced the discussion with the question, “How can we prepare the global workforce for an AI-driven future?” The panel is scheduled to examine changes in careers and the skills employees may need as organisations introduce AI into their operations.
Raymond will moderate a discussion with Alexander James Haywood, Sebastian Marian, Aman Merchant and Mohamed Saieed. The participants represent organisations working across technology, consulting and business. The session forms part of a programme addressing AI adoption, ethics, sustainability and financial inclusion.
Raymond has more than 25 years of experience in human resources, leadership development and organisational change.
