Michael Hildebrandt is the 26-year-old Head Coach and Owner of CrossFit Bolster in Ferndale, Michigan. After initiating a professional journey as a math teacher, he pivoted into entrepreneurship and built a fitness community centered on functional movement and CrossFit methodology.
With a deep passion for strength training, gymnastics-based movements, and athletic development, Michael crafts programs to help people of all ages and skill levels move better and live stronger.
